Chris Raschka -- Capital Area District Library, April 19-20,

The Haslett library features a gigantic mural by
Gijsbert van Frankenhuyzen,
who lives in the area. It's a long wall-size alphabet book with
the ABCs and 26 images, but immediately recognizable as his
because of the bear. :)
Since now I have a book coming out (May 2007, ELLIE McDOODLE),
I'm trying to meet every library and bookstore person I can.
It's a tough balance -- I don't want to be pushy, but the
book has me so excited I can't contain it.
