PDF DOWNLOADS from this site:
Skip this section if you know all about PDFs.
First, a note about
Adobe PDF. It's a file format which saves existing
documents with all their original formatting, so you'll see the layout that
the author intended, even if you don't own the program it was originally
created in. In order to view PDF documents, you need to have the
free Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.
Get it here:
On the Adobe website, choose the right options before downloading.
Make a note of where you're downloading the file to (e.g. your desktop).
After the download is done, find the file on your computer and
double click on it. The installation program will do the rest.
Once Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed you can read PDF files.
Saving a PDF: Right-click over the "Download the PDF here" link
and select ‘save target as’ or ‘save link as’. (If you have an Apple
computer, click the link while holding down the ‘option’ key.) You can
then save the PDF where you want on your computer.

Also: Thank you for bringing Ellie McDoodle to your students. :)

these bookmarks can be cut out and folded to create
a pencil-holding shelf-sitting Ellie. Or follow the instructions
to have students make personalized pencil-holding, shelf-sitters.)

Make an 8-page journal booklet out of one sheet of paper:

Download the PDF version.
These quarter-page size journals are super easy to make.
Students can make them in 5 minutes,
and use them for note-taking on field trips.
